Health Guarantee
Our Health Guarantee States the following:

Any puppy purchased from Rocky Mountain Springers is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of
sale, having received at least two vet checks and first set of shots.  If the puppy develops a
genetic condition that is life-threatening or would otherwise seriously affect the puppy's quality of
life, after receiving written notification of such condition from a licensed veterinarian who is
familiar with genetic diseases, Rocky Mountain Springers will offer a puppy of equal value to the
owner of the previous puppy, or in some cases may offer a full refund of the purchase price,
depending on the circumstance and at the full discretion of Rocky Mountain Springers. The
original puppy must be returned to Rocky Mountain Springers within the first year of life for the
guarantee to be in effect.
Minor Health issues such as overbite or underbite, or other issues that are not congenital and will
not hamper the dog's ability to live a long and full life, are not included in the health guarantee.
Any costs associated with veterinarian diagnosis, hospital stays, surgeries, etc., will not be
covered by Rocky Mountain Springers and will be the full responsibility of owner of dog at time of
diagnosis.
New owner may return the puppy within seven days for full refund or trade if the following
conditions are met:
1) Signed statement of licensed veterinarian stating puppy is unfit for sale, along with reason
2) Signed statement of licensed veterinarian stating puppy is deceased due to conditions arising
prior to sale of puppy

New owner may return a puppy regardless of health issues within 24 hours of sale, if some
unforeseen issue arises preventing them from keeping puppy.  Purchaser will forfeit a refund from
sale of puppy unless health issues, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, are the cause of the
return.
