| Our Health Guarantee States the following: Any puppy purchased from Rocky Mountain Springers is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of sale, having received at least two vet checks and first set of shots. If the puppy develops a genetic condition that is life-threatening or would otherwise seriously affect the puppy's quality of life, after receiving written notification of such condition from a licensed veterinarian who is familiar with genetic diseases, Rocky Mountain Springers will offer a puppy of equal value to the owner of the previous puppy, or in some cases may offer a full refund of the purchase price, depending on the circumstance and at the full discretion of Rocky Mountain Springers. The original puppy must be returned to Rocky Mountain Springers within the first year of life for the guarantee to be in effect. Minor Health issues such as overbite or underbite, or other issues that are not congenital and will not hamper the dog's ability to live a long and full life, are not included in the health guarantee. Any costs associated with veterinarian diagnosis, hospital stays, surgeries, etc., will not be covered by Rocky Mountain Springers and will be the full responsibility of owner of dog at time of diagnosis. New owner may return the puppy within seven days for full refund or trade if the following conditions are met: 1) Signed statement of licensed veterinarian stating puppy is unfit for sale, along with reason 2) Signed statement of licensed veterinarian stating puppy is deceased due to conditions arising prior to sale of puppy New owner may return a puppy regardless of health issues within 24 hours of sale, if some unforeseen issue arises preventing them from keeping puppy. Purchaser will forfeit a refund from sale of puppy unless health issues, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, are the cause of the return. |
